السلام عليكم
المشكلة بالريكو 3224 وهو جهاز ملون هو بعد تصفير الجهاز او بمعنى اخر استعادة ضبط المصنع للجهاز يعطي الجهاز هذا الكود 195 والسيريال نمبر للجهاز ماكو شنو الحل بدون تبديل ال nvram لانه ال nvram غالي عندنا بالعراق

احتمالية تواجد العطل:-

Possible Cause:
• NVRAM defective
• BICU replaced without original NVRAM

NOTE: 1) All SCs are logged.
2) When an electrical circuit board has a problem, check the connections
before replacing the PCBs.
3) When a motor has a problem, check the mechanical load before
replacing the motor or sensor.
When a Level “D” SC code occurs
A screen opens on the operation panel to tell the user that 1) an error occurred, 2)
the job that the machine does at that time will be erased, and 3) the machine will
reboot automatically after approximately 30 seconds.
The user can: 1) stop until the machine reboots automatically after a short time, or
2) touch “Reset” on the screen to reset the machine immediately, and go back to
the copy screen.
If the operator does not touch “Reset”, the next message tells the user that 1) the
machine reset automatically and 2) the previous job was lost and must be done
again. After the user reads the message, the user touches “Confirm” on the screen.
The next screen shows the number and title of the SC code, and stops until the
user turns the machine off and on.
If the operator touches “Reset” to bypass the 30-second interval for the machine to
reboot, the machine reboots immediately and the operation panel displays the copy
screen.
Important
• Do not try to use the operation panel during an automatic reboot.
• If the Remote Service System is used, the SC code is sent immediately to the
Service Center

SP7-807# - Execute

and

SP5-810# - Execute

Turn the main power switch off
then on before entering SP mode.
Reset the SC (push "EXECUTE"
with SP5-810), then turn the main
switch off then on again.

في حالة تغيير أو تركيب أي جزء لابد من غلق الالة ونزع الفيشة من المصدر الكهربائي لها

1- جرب يا اخي العزيز ألغاء كلا العدادين

العداد الأول عداد الحشر والمشاكل وهو SP7-807# - Execute

العداد الثاني عداد المشاكل للسخان SP5-810# - Execute

2- ملاحظة : تحقق من الرقم التسلسلي مع
المخزن داخل الماكينة فهذا هو المشكلة بعينها #SP5 - 811-002

3- فك ثم اعد تركيب بوردة أو شريحة التحكم للماكينة
التي تدعى بـ BICU-(BOARD AND CONTROLLER BOARD)

بعد ذلك جرب فك ثم اعد تركيب شيبات الـ NVRAM من بردة أخرى سليمة

4- اخيراً استبدال بوردة BICU بدون أو عدم تغيير الـ NVRAM الأصلية.
