This thermostat can be modified depending on the components that are available. This can be done easily with components bottom drawer ...

1 - In terms of food it can range from 12 volts to the maximum Regulator (35 Volt), if you already have a 9 volt power supply you pass the regulator and the capacitor C1. In this case the arrival of current is at point D.
2 - Regarding the relay, if you disposed of a 6 volt relay you subsequently assembled point B to C (jumper PCB). A 12 volt relay you subsequently assembled point A to C. Resistor R9 will compute a function.
The circuit can work well with 12 volts when the power is stabilized, in this case without controller C1 and the condo.
3 - This is not a requirement for a 47 K NTC, if you disposed of a 10 K NTC for example you change the value of R1 to be the same value as the NTC.
4 - For P1 if you disposed of a potentiometer 47 K for example you put the two resistors R2-R3 heels are multiplied by the same factor, 1.2 * 4.7 = 5.6 K. These two resistors make the adjustment easier, thou adapted according to your needs.
5 - For R5 (1 M ohms) if you are not disposed to such a value you can get up to 470 K
